11 Tips to Make Your Application Looks Professional
 

     * Customize your cover with ads you respond. Use words that have been adapted to the ad.
     * Use the application in English, because English-language applications improve the perception of quality two times better than the proposal in Indonesian language.
     * Use the Conqueror similar paper to print your application. Do not use plain paper HVS.
     * Use the special envelope for your application. Cover with brown envelopes makes you just the same as other applicants. Make your own envelope using the same Conqueror paper with your application papers.
     * Make your resume with a version of the resume, not a version of CV.
     * Include only the important data and sell it on your application. Each data is not important, and sell only lowers the quality of your application.
     * Berfotolah with dress suit and tie for men, or three-piece suit suite for women. Use color and size 4X6
     * Tell us your experience with either in the form of action word. Give an overview on what your recruiter competencies mastered.
     * Write your resume with a reverse chronological version. Recruiters consider that applicants who write in reverse chronological resume is the candidate's professional and competent
     * Consider a document that you put in an envelope with the application carefully. The fewer pieces of documents that you enter, as long as it is really important and build a perception of competence, making recruiters more respect and appreciation to you.
     * Submit your application on the day of ad loaded. Initial envelope that comes bound to be opened by the recruiters. Envelopes to-4000 which came probably would never had opened recruitment.
